Who are we?

An award winning DSP, with coverage spanning the length and breadth of Great Britain. Built on the foundation of trust, customer service and real life experience, our team has the knowledge and capacity to deliver in an ever changing marketplace.

Proactive by nature, and honest from the outset, we are the favoured choice for many of the UK’s leading mobility companies.

Staff Values

Our core values are - Teamwork, Openness, Pride, Investing in our people and Client focus. TOPIC for short. Our team embrace these principles, ensuring they are the building blocks of our service.

These values separate us from the competition; we practice what we preach, our job is to deliver services that can be relied upon for quality and commitment.

Training

New employees are trained on every aspect of the company by those doing the job now. They learn market conditions from our researchers, they assist our account managers and they spend time out on the road with our consultants. Through this approach we create a shared understanding that delivers a high level of consistency to our clients.

The marketplace constantly changes, we need to be reactive to new ideas and methods, so our training is ongoing and adapted to meet new demands. Our team enjoys a regular exchange of ideas and practices, that enables us to stay ahead of the curve, whilst producing award winning consultants!

Corporate Social Responsibility

As a business we invest in our people and take our CSR seriously. We consistently work to reduce our environmental footprint with energy saving efficiency in both the office and out in the field.

We lend our support to local projects where possible, we give all our staff a couple of free days to go and help out at their discretion. We also like to participate in our partners / suppliers charitable causes when asked.

Compliance and Security

To cope with the many different compliance requests from our partners and suppliers we have implemented our own ARPM compliance seal of approval. This sets a consistent level our consultants must maintain in order to work with us. This includes a DBS check, defensive driving qualification, carrying all necessary insurances and safeguarding all Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

The Field

The field consultants have the only face to face contact with our clients, which makes them a very important part of the relocation process. For people who like being out and about, meeting new people, and who love property, this is a great role.

The majority of our consultants work solely for ARPM, which allows us, in conjunction with the surveying and training, to treat them as full time employees. This has allowed us to develop a strong team ethic which is pivotal to delivering consistent service across the board.
